  • How to deal with the defective OGA products within warranty time?

    Our LED products are strictly supervised and controlled during and after production. Within the warranty period, take photos and videos for warranty items. For small quantity of defective items, we will send new replacement with new order together. For defective batch products, we will carefully check production patch and find the problem. New replacements will be sent in your next order or we can discuss re-call solution according to real situation.
  • How does OGA control quality?

    We have rigorous test processes for our products. First is testing and aging material and LED chips and electronic components before production. Second is testing Semi-finished products. During production, there are also other rigorous test processes, such as high low temperature test, waterproof test, vibration test and anti-interference test, etc. All finished products will have aging test again and we double check the quality before shipment.
  • What is the waterproof rate of OGA products?

    IP67. Our LED work lights and light bars are equipped with waterproof breather valve to prevent moisture.
  • Do OGA LED work lights or light bars have radio interference issue?

    Our products have anti-interference test process before ex-factory to make sure no radio interference issue in the end market.
  • What is OGA transportation service

    We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT. It usually takes 4-6 working days to arrive. Sea shipping is also optional. Please inform us if you have shipping agent in China.
  • What certificates does OGA have?

    We have certificates of SAE, ECE R10, IP67, CE and RoHS for our LED work lights, LED light bars.
  • Does OGA offer ODM service?

    Yes, we have our own R&D department, we can offer ODM service if your order amount is enough.
  • Does OGA offer OEM service?

    Yes, we provide customized packaging service and laser customer’s logo on products.
