• How do you handle defective OGA products within the warranty period?

  If a defect occurs within warranty, please provide photos/videos and the order details / item code so we can verify the claim. For small quantities, we typically arrange replacement units with your next order to reduce freight cost. For batch issues, we will trace the production batch, investigate root cause, and agree on a solution—replacements in the next shipment or another after-sales plan based on the situation.

• How does OGA control quality?

  We follow a multi-stage QC process from incoming materials to final shipment. First, key materials and electronic components (including LED chips) are inspected and pre-aged before production. During manufacturing, semi-finished units are tested to catch issues early. We also run reliability tests such as high/low temperature, waterproof, vibration, and anti-interference testing where applicable. Every finished product then undergoes final aging and inspection, and we perform a final quality check before shipment.

• What is the waterproof rating of OGA products?

  Our LED work lights and light bars are built to an IP67 waterproof level. Selected models also feature a waterproof breather valve to help equalize pressure and reduce moisture buildup in demanding environments.

• Do OGA LED work lights or light bars cause radio interference?

  Our LED work lights and light bars go through anti-interference testing before shipment to help ensure minimal EMI/RFI impact in real-world use. Test results and compliance documents may vary by model—please confirm with your sales contact.

• What is OGA transportation service?

  We can arrange shipment via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT, and delivery typically takes 4–6 business days (subject to destination and customs). Sea freight is also available for larger orders. If you have a shipping agent in China, we can ship via your nominated forwarder.

• What certificates does OGA have?

  We provide compliance documentation such as SAE, E-mark, ECE R10, CE, and RoHS for selected LED work lights and LED light bars, along with IP67 test results where applicable. Some products are also protected by design patents. Certificate availability may vary by model—please confirm with your sales contact.

• Does OGA offer ODM service?

  Yes. With our in-house R&D team, we can support ODM projects for qualified orders. ODM availability depends on your project scope and order volume—please confirm with your sales contact.

• Does OGA offer OEM service?

  Yes. We support OEM options including custom packaging and laser-engraved customer logos on products. Availability may vary by model and order quantity—please confirm with your sales contact.
